Welcome to our annual Zoo Charity Golf Tournament at Kirkbrae Country Club. The Rhode Island Partnership Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing charitable support for special causes in the State of Rhode Island. Both the RIPF and Roger Williams Park Zoo have made an ongoing commitment to this golf tournament in an effort to provide additional fundraising for the Zoo. The proceeds of this event will go towards membership, learning programs and core capital improvements to the zoo. In addition, the RIPF will underwrite specific zoo membership programs that will benefit under privileged children, as well as, other non-profit organizations in the State of Rhode Island. Over the past five years we have provided direct funding and benefits to organizations and partners such as the Roger Williams Park Zoo & RI Zoological Society, DCYF, RI Foster Families, ST. Mary’s home for children and Big Sisters of RI. The RIPF is strictly a volunteer organization making the benefits to the partners pure and without overhead and or salaries. As small business owners and volunteers it is important that we remain grounded to the fact that most public organizations are severely under funded. Your commitment to this event will not only provide some budgetary relief to the Zoo, but will greatly enhance the life learning experiences for many children in the State of Rhode Island.
